Raspberry Hot Chocolate
RIVI GIN FLAVOUR
RASPBERRY HONEY
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 oz. Rivi Gin Raspberry Honey Flavored Gin
- 3/4 oz. Dark Chocolate
- 5 oz. Semi-skimmed milk
- 1/2 oz. Granulated Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
PREPERATION
Chop your dark chocolate into fine pieces. On low heat, melt your chocolate and pour your semi-skimmed milk over the melted chocolate, slowly stirring the two together. (makes 1 hot chocolate). Before the chocolate reached its boiling point, whisk in your vanilla extract and sugar. Honey may be used in place of sugar. Add in your gin and gently stir. Pour your hot chocolate into your favorite mug and top with your favorite things.
