Grapefruit Gin Rickey

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz. Rivi Gin Grapefruit Flavored Gin
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 oz. Club Soda
  • Grapefruit slices for garnish
PREPERATION
Fill a highball glass with ice and one grapefruit wheel. Add the gin followed by lime juice. Top with club soda. Stir gently and garnish with remaining grapefruit wheel.
