Fig and Honey Gin Smash

RASPBERRY HONEY



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 C. Fresh Figs, rinsed and halved
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Filtered Water
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. Rivi Gin Raspberry Honey Flavored Gin
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Fig Puree
  • 1/2 tsp. Honey (or more for taste)
  • 2 oz. Ginger Ale
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
PREPERATION
Fig Puree: Combine figs, sugar, water, and lemon juice in a blender and pulse until smooth. Refrigerate for 2-3 days or use immediately. Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine fig puree and honey. Mix with a spoon until well blended. Add ginger ale, gin, lemon juice, and ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with fig quarters on a skewer.
